Terms of service

worksorder.ai · effective 1 September 2026

worksorder.ai is operated by Agent Integration Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the worksorder.ai portal, mobile apps or mail add-ins (the “service”) you agree to these terms.

The service

worksorder.ai helps trade contractors receive works orders, schedule engineers, track compliance, and produce quotes, invoices and reports. Accounts belong to contractor firms; each firm is responsible for the accuracy of the data it holds in the service and for the actions of the users it invites.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, no interference with its operation, and no use that breaks the law. API keys and sign-in credentials must be kept confidential; anything done with a firm’s key is the firm’s responsibility until the key is revoked.

AI-assisted features

Some features draft content — emails, triage summaries, schedules — using AI. Drafts are suggestions: a person reviews and sends them. You remain responsible for anything you send, submit or certify, including statutory certificates and financial documents.

Fees, availability and liability

Fees are as agreed with your firm’s subscription. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by your firm in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Data and privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Firms can export their data and may close their account at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: support@worksorder.ai.
